Chief U. U. Mba attended the famous Hope Waddell Training Institution in Calabar and obtained both the West African School Certificate and the Cambridge Higher School Certificate before proceeding to the University of Ibadan in 1964. He studied Economics and obtained an honours degree in the course in 1967.

He has over 39 years of post graduate experience in various industries. Two of those years were spent abroad with Unilever in England where he gained experience in practical marketing, sales and general management.

He served the World Council of Churches between 1967 and 1970.

He Joined Guinness Nigeria Plc between 1971 and 2000. During this period he served in various capacities in all the key departments. He is the Chairman of Vital Gases Limited, Chairman of Marketing Visions Limited, Director of Avery Nigeria Limited and Director of F.S. Automation Limited.

He is a member of Intercontinental Bank Plc Audit Committee and President General of his Community’s Development Union.

Major General Zamani Lekwot was a fine military officer of repute. He served in different capacities in the Nigerian Army and his impact was well felt. In business, he is not left out as he serves on the board of over ten companies.

His Working Experience includes Battalion, Commander, 1967-1969,Military governor of the Rivers State,Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republics of Senegal, Mauritania & Cape Verde and High Commissioner to the Republic of the Gambia.

He was the chairman of the following comapnies Giza Ventures Nigeria Ltd,Gazimpex West Africa Ltd,Lima Investments and Properties Limited,Living Spring Insurance Brokers Ltd,Southern Kaduna People’s Union Board of Trustees,Atyap Community Development
and also the directors for numerous organisation such as Atyap Community Bank Ltd,Paulosa Nigeria Ltd,Bezalel Construction Engineering Limited and Ellah Lakes Plc.

Among his professional qualifications are Member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affair, Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.

Born October 10, 1964. Mr. Kamarudeen attended the Commonwealth College Of Commerce, Jos (1977 – 1982). He holds an HND in Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan, (1987 – 1989), Master of Business Administration from Bayero University Kano,(1999), and also attended the prestigious Lagos Business School (Senior Manager Programme (SMP)) Jul- Nov 2005.

His professional qualifications among others include:

• Associate Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria - 1989
• Associate Chartered Taxation Institute - 1996
• Associate Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers - 2003

He has over seventeen years working experience in financial services and investment banking. He has headed a number of branches and departments in various Banks. He was the General Manager/CEO of EBN Securities Limited (a subsidiary of defunct Equity Bank of Nigeria Ltd) before its merger with Intercontinental Bank Plc.

Mr. Oladosu last assignment was as head, Securities Dealing Services (SDS) of Intercontinental Bank Plc before taking up appointment as Managing Director/CEO of Equity Capital Solutions Limited. He has attended several local and international courses and seminars in the areas of Risk Management, Accounting, Investment Management, Corporate Banking and Relationship Management.

He is a member of the Finance Committee of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and Member of the Corporate Finance Management Faculty of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
